Made the drive down from Poway based on a friend’s recommendation. Very satisfied with Bruce and his installers. Knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I had my stereo upgraded from the factory original in my Ford F-150 which was crapping out. Sounds and looks as hoped. I’m gonna keep my truck for a few more years now!!

My go to shop everytime! Amazing staff, Joe’s amazing and just an all around good shop all together! I was stuck & stranded due to my car being on air suspension and fully aired out…. Joe was nice enough to send one of his employees out to me 15 minutes away to do a temporary fix so I could make it to there shop to get it fully fixed which they did amazing job at. Will remain coming here like the past few years for all my issues & the good work that’s always been done on my previous & current cars. Thanks again brother! Your appreciated

I spent a significant amount of money at Joe’s Stereo and ended up in a 30-day loop of failed repairs. I ultimately had to pay a different shop to redo the entire job from scratch, effectively paying for the same service twice. Save yourself the month of stress and go elsewhere. Safety Hazards: They initially blocked my vehicle's LiDAR sensor with the camera, which disabled my cruise control. Amateur Workmanship: Their "fix" was even worse. I found they had zip-tied wiring directly to my hot radiator lines and used cheap electrical tape for a "professional" installation. Total Lack of Expertise: I returned 3 times for sound distortion. They couldn’t fix it, were annoyed when I suggested a firmware update, and instead tried to upsell me more equipment to "fix" their own poor install. The Reality Check: I finally went to a different shop. They rewired the system, corrected the settings, and installed a new head unit perfectly in two hours. The Kicker: The second shop was 30% cheaper than Joe’s and got it right the first time. They fixed everything and made it sound right and spent the extra time to tune the audio. Joe’s delivered excellent same-day service for my window tinting. The team was fast, efficient, and got everything done in a timely manner. I needed car back today and great price! If you're looking for reliable car services, I highly recommend them. I’m very particular with any of my services as I go all over the world to find the best. My car was nice and clean afterwards with THE tint. Oh Lala! They should thank their Middle Eastern Persian friend, who recommends people to check them out. His recommendation worked on me, I might even ask to collaborate in the future because I was so impressed. Internationally recognized highly recommends this spot in San Diego.
